"To date, 3,384 people have already been evacuated," said Alexei Kostrubitsky.
Arriving refugees are planned to be placed in eight districts and one urban district. For residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk republics, temporary accommodation centers have been prepared on the basis of existing health camps, sanatoriums and tourist recreation centers. Buses operate according to the "shuttle scheme" - some take residents of Donbass to the border and go back, while others take people to the regions of the Rostov region.
In total, at the first stage, it is planned to deploy TAPs for 10,000 places. Reception points for evacuees are planned to be created on the territory of Millerovsky, Tarasovsky, Kamensky, Krasnosulinsky, Rodionovo-Nesvetaisky, Kuibyshevsky, Matveyevo-Kurgansky, Neklinovsky districts and the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.
In addition, the working group of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, headed by Acting Minister Alexander Chupriyan, arrived in the Rostov Region. She will deal with the reception of civilians. Representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived in Rostov-on-Don, where an operational meeting of the regional headquarters will be held.
