Russia - Omsk Oil Refinery has significantly increased the production of environmentally friendly fuel

Russia (bbabo.net), - Gazprom Neft increased oil refining at the Omsk and Moscow refineries by 8.3 percent in 2021. In particular, the production of gasoline increased by 5.3 percent (up to 7.26 million tons). And the production of high-tech gasoline G-Drive with an octane rating of 100 - immediately by 16.5 percent (up to 92 thousand tons).

In addition, compared to 2020, the total production of diesel fuel increased by 7.9 percent (up to 9.69 million tons). And winter diesel fuel, including its arctic grades, by 19.7 percent (up to 2.17 million tons).

Last year, the plants of the Gazprom Neft company also increased the production of aviation kerosene by 39.6 percent (up to 2.55 million tons). By 15.7 percent (up to 2.15 million tons) - commercial road and construction bitumen. And in total they ensured the processing of 32.24 million tons of crude oil, which is 8.3 percent more than a year earlier.

Omsk refiners produced 35.3 thousand tons of JET A-1 fuel for international flights in 2021 and continued to produce ultra-low sulfur marine fuel.

Stable growth in production volumes is one of the direct results of the modernization of the ONPZ. The volume of investments by Gazprom Neft in the projects of the program exceeds 400 billion rubles. A number of projects have already been completed. The renewal of capacities allowed the plant to completely switch to the production of Euro-5 motor fuels. By 2025, when it is planned to complete the modernization, the Omsk oilmen will bring the depth of oil refining and the production of light oil products to the best world standards.
