The representative office of the self-proclaimed LPR at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime (JCCC) announced two attacks by Ukrainian security forces from 120-mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
“On the part of the armed formations of Ukraine, two violations of the ceasefire regime were recorded in the following areas: the first - at 00.27 a.m. Novotoshkivske - Donetsk: mortar 120mm (15 min); the second happened at 01.45 a.m. Trekhizbenka - Slavyanoserbsk: 120mm mortar (9 min),” the statement says.
They noted that information about damage and victims after mortar attacks is currently being clarified.
Earlier, a source in the law enforcement agencies of the Luhansk People's Republic said that the gas pipeline in Luhansk was blown up on Saturday night in at least three places.
Prior to that, the press service of Luganskgaz confirmed that there really were two explosions in the city, and called them a diversion.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR managed to eliminate the fire as soon as possible. Emergency services and law enforcement officials are at the scene of the incident. The causes of the explosion are being investigated.
