Moldova - A dispute arose between a PSRM MP and Nemerenco over the presence of children in parliament

Moldova (bbabo.net), - Socialist MP Ivanna Koksal was concerned about the presence in the parliament hall of parents with children who came to support the bill. Although Minister Alla Nemerenco presented a completely different project on the podium, the MP from the PSRM faction asked the minister what she thought about the presence of children in the plenary hall, realitatea.md reports

"We have resistance to the vaccination process, because every time I came with this or that project, all the issues were political. And I asked many times not to politicize health from the rostrum of parliament, because this concerns the whole country and the promotion of the project for people turns into a political show. I'm sorry, but I don't want to participate in this. I don't have a party card, and I want to serve all the citizens of this country," said Alla Nemerenko.

Ivanna Koksal said that "we live in a pandemic and in the context of COVID-19 it is necessary to comply with public health measures." The MP of the PSRM missed one thing: while conducting lessons on compliance with the measures to combat COVID, she did not comply with one of the basic rules regarding the wearing of protective masks in enclosed spaces.

“You didn’t put on a mask and allowed yourself to lecture others,” said the Minister of Health.

The dialogue between the two officials was completed by Doina Herman.

"Given that this entire discussion is already turning into a riot, Madam Oppositionist, I, as one of the authors of the project, call for greater tolerance. You should not be so cynical about a project that has received such good support in Parliament and is an excellent and positive example for our society," asked Doina Herman.
