Russia and the CIS (bbabo.net) - Bloggers, for the sake of scandalous popularity, taking obscene photographs against the backdrop of mosques, thereby demonstrate a lack of morality, and such actions should be stopped, follows from the statement of the head of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate of Russia, Mufti Talgat Tadjuddin.

According to him, according to Russian law, the punishment for such acts is determined by the courts.

At the same time, if the final decision remained with the people, that the guilty were spanked with a whip for preventive purposes.

“It wouldn’t have been 300 thousand, a few whips would have been given and that’s it. Teach her how to put on pants. […] They would spank her, and send her away," Tadzhuddin said in an interview with the radio station "Moscow Speaks".

He added that "nothing is sacred" for such people.

Meanwhile, the Investigative Committee announced the completion of the investigation of a criminal case of insulting the feelings of believers, initiated after photoshootblogger Maria Katanova in underwear against the backdrop of the Cathedral Mosque in Moscow. There are six defendants in the case. The youngest of them is 19 years old, the oldest is 41. If convicted, they risk going to a colony for a year.
