At the checkpoints Uspenka, Marinovka, Ulyanovsk and Novoazovsk, the deployment of life support points for the population has been completed. There, citizens can receive hot meals, psychological and medical assistance.

In addition to the centralized removal of the population on buses and private cars, evacuation will also be carried out by rail from the stations of Yasinovataya, Makeevka, Debaltseve, Gorlovka, Ilovaisk and Donetsk-2.

Interaction between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and the DPR was organized to solve problematic issues that arise during the border crossing.

On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, those arriving in the border Rostov region from the DPR and LPR will be paid 10,000 rubles each. This money can also be received by those citizens who arrive on their own to relatives and friends.
