The Ministry of Health explained that a certificate will be generated only if there is information about the test systems and the organization that performed the tests in the certificate of the number of antibodies. If there is no such information in the previously issued results, the tests will have to be retaken.

At the same time, in Udmurtia, from February 19, the obligatory presence of QR codes for visiting public places, catering and all mass events is cancelled. The head of the region canceled this requirement the day before, announcing that the republic had reached a "plateau" in the incidence of COVID-19.
