As Mikhail Popov noted, at the same time, an obvious attempt is being made to limit the scope of the planned operational and combat training of the Russian Armed Forces of Russia, as well as to put under control any movements of our troops on national territory. According to the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, the final intention of the Americans will become clear during the upcoming NATO summit scheduled for late June 2022 in Madrid.
