Football club "Aksu" has signed a contract with Russian defender Islam Zhilov, the press service of Pavlodar residents informs.

Islam is a pupil of Nalchik football. Played for "Kuban Crown", Nalchik "Spartak", "Anji", "Ekaterinodar" and "Harvest".

In July 2019, he moved to the camp of the St. Petersburg "Zenith-2". In the 2020/21 season, he played 24 matches in the PFL and helped the team win the silver medals of the tournament. The last club of the defender was "Mashuk-KMV" from the city of Pyatigorsk.
