At the Voronezh-1 station, the train was met by representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. They registered the arrivals, seated them on buses and sent them to temporary accommodation centers deployed in the regional center and other large cities of the region.

In the morning, another train arrived from Taganrog, on which 910 residents of the DPR and LPR arrived, including more than 300 children. Due to the arrival of refugees in the Voronezh region, an emergency regime has been introduced - it allows you to use additional resources to accommodate the arrivals and provide them with everything they need. 42 temporary accommodation centers have been deployed in the region, capable of accommodating 4,502 people.
