Russia (bbabo.net), - Phobos weather center specialist Yevgeny Tishkovets warned of a slight cold snap on Defender of the Fatherland Day. However, according to the forecaster, the cooling will be "conditional", since the temperature is still expected to be above the climatic norm. He spoke about this Instagram page.
As Tishkovets explained, by February 23 cyclone "Antonia" will leave Central Russia in the rear, and the region will become "fresher".
"Nevertheless, the cold snap on Defender of the Fatherland Day will be conditional, since the average daily air temperature is expected to be 6-7 degrees above the normal climatic norm, and corresponds to the indicators of the last days of March, when climatic spring sets in in the capital," the forecaster wrote.
According to the forecast of Tishkovets, at night the temperature in Moscow will be around 0, and in the daytime - up to +1…+3 degrees.
The forecaster also added that a thaw in the capital on February 23 happens, on average, about once every three years.
