Zakharova recommended G7 to calculate the damage from their actions

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the G7 countries should calculate how much damage their actions caused to the world, and not to Russia. She stated this in the program "Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov" on the TV channel "Russia 1".

“There is something to do before that, in particular, the G7 needs to calculate the damage that its countries have caused to the world at least over the past 20-25 years, and pay off debts at several points, on several continents of the world,” the diplomat said.

Earlier, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said that the country (a member of the G7) would impose sanctions against a number of Russian officials, as well as Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Tokyo has already introduced part of the sanctions against the Russian Federation in connection with the situation in Ukraine, then it was about stopping the issuance of visas to Russians and limiting exports.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to conduct a military special operation to protect the Donbass in response to a request for help from the heads of the LPR and DPR.

Ukraine severed diplomatic relations with Russia. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a bill on general mobilization to the Verkhovna Rada.
