The mayor of the Ukrainian city of Akhtyrka Pavel Kuzmenko said that for looting they would be shot on the spot, and the increase in prices for goods would be considered as looting. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

He recalled that the city has a curfew from 17.30 to 7 in the morning. At night, it is allowed to first shoot for a warning, and then for a kill.

"Looting in the private sector has begun in the city... For looting - execution on the spot... Raising prices for goods will also be regarded as looting," the mayor said.
