The leaders of Egypt and Saudi Arabia consider the security of the Arab world indivisible

On Tuesday, during the visit of the President of Egypt to Saudi Arabia, the heads of the two states made a joint statement.

The leaders of the two countries "reaffirmed their determination to strengthen cooperation on all political issues and strive to strengthen common positions to maintain security and stability," Krasnaya Vesna news agency reported, citing Arab News.

The heads of state also stressed the importance of continuing coordination and consultations on developments in all bilateral and multilateral forums in order to contribute to the achievement of security, stability and prosperity both in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and in the region as a whole.

Both sides agreed that Arab security is indivisible and that joint action and full solidarity are needed to preserve it.

Al-Sisi and Salman also confirmed their interest in expanding cooperation between the two countries, especially in the military sector, as well as strengthening strategic relations and partnerships.
