Former President of Poland named the culprit in the escape of the soldier to Belarus

Former Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski said that the Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak was to blame for the fact that the Polish soldier fled to Belarus. He announced this on the air of the radio station RMF FM.

“In this case, the Minister of National Defense should assume moral and political responsibility. He sent these soldiers to the border even though they are not trained to replace Border Guard or police officers, ”he said.

Earlier, the military gendarmerie of Poland opened a criminal case against the Polish soldier Emil Chechko who fled to Belarus.

The special services of Poland, in turn, called the soldier who escaped from the republic a hostage of the Belarusian special services, whose testimony cannot be trusted. According to the representative of the press service of the department Stanislav Zharyn, the words of the soldier who went over to the side of Belarus "do not inspire confidence."

Prior to that, former Polish serviceman Emil Chechko told the Belarus-1 TV channel that he had witnessed the killing of volunteers on the border with Belarus.
