“The incidence tends to zero,” the Chechen leader added.

In this regard, the leadership of the region decided to abandon the restrictions imposed due to the pandemic declared by WHO.

A day earlier, most of the covid restrictions ceased to apply in Dagestan. In particular, when visiting public places, citizens will no longer need QR codes.
