Russia (bbabo.net) - Cafes, restaurants and other catering establishments in the Leningrad Region were allowed to work on the night of December 31 to January 1, as well as from January 6 to January 7 (New Year's and Christmas) until 02.00.

At the same time, the institution had to have a collective immunity passport, and the visitors had to confirm the full course of vaccination or the COVID-19 postponed over the past six months. A negative PCR test done at least 48 hours in advance is also good. This is stated in the decree, which was signed by the Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko.

The document also regulates the holding of New Year's holidays in kindergartens and schools. Adults will be allowed to attend matinees under the same conditions - confirmed immunity or negative PCR test.
