According to him, two facts were recorded when the citizens of Kyrgyzstan received a summons to the military registration and enlistment office.

“Our citizens also began to receive summonses. Two facts are recorded. It is necessary to instruct the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Moscow to expand the staff of lawyers and carry out timely work - clarifications among migrants can be carried out with the involvement of diaspora leaders,” Kozuev said.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a special military operation in Ukraine in response to the request of the leaders of the Donbass republics for help. On September 21, he signed a decree on a partial mobilization in the country. In his address to the Russians, he noted that the line of contact in the special military operation zone "exceeds a thousand kilometers", while the allied forces are confronting "not only neo-Nazi formations, but in fact the entire military machine of the collective West", which threatens the very existence of the Russian Federation.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that during the mobilization 300 thousand reservists will be called up, who will be trained before being sent to the NVO zone.
