Ukraine (bbabo.net), - Cities in Finland are terminating land lease agreements with the Teboil gas station, which belongs to Lukoil. Previously, state institutions stopped buying fuel from the company.

“The committee made a unanimous decision to terminate the contract, in the current conditions it is not possible to continue cooperation with the Russian oil company,” Anita Nyarkhi, a member of the Lahti city committee, told RIA Novosti.

Previously, the land lease agreement with Teboil in Loviisa was terminated, Kauppalehti reported. Finnish Yle clarified that the city authorities do not renew contracts that expire.

Lukoil reported that at the end of 2015 the filling station network in Finland consisted of 448 stations. The share of Oy Teboil Ab in the wholesale and retail market of petroleum products in the country reached 29%. Kauppalehti clarified that the company has lost a fifth of its franchised gas stations in Finland.

Public procurement company Hansel issued an official order in September stating that from October 9, Finnish government agencies and administrations cannot refuel at Teboil gas stations.
