OpenAI was offended by Musk

USA (bbabo.net), - The OpenAI company has expressed categorical disagreement with the theses on which the claim of American businessman Elon Musk is based. Bloomberg reported this on March 1, citing an internal memo sent to employees.

Chief Strategy Officer Jason Kwon believes Musk's claims may be related to the fact that he is "not involved in the company right now." He also said that OpenAI is a direct competitor to Microsoft, thereby disputing Musk's thesis about cooperation between the two tech giants. Kwon also clarified that the company is cooperating with the government on issues related to internal information and its disclosure.

OpenAI founder Sam Altman wrote in a separate memo that he "misses Elon competing with others to improve technology," the agency said.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Musk had filed a lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman on February 29, citing the company's abandonment of its original mission. The main reason for the trial was the businessman’s dissatisfaction with OpenAI’s sources of funding.
