“It's important that the House moves forward this week so we can help Israel, Ukraine, and also the South Pacific, but on the details, we'll wait and see what the Speaker comes up with. It is important that our allies Ukraine and Israel receive the security assistance they need as quickly as possible,” Kirby said.
US House Speaker Mike Johnson on Monday unveiled a plan to allocate foreign aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan in separate bills and a fourth piece of legislation that consolidates other Republican national security priorities. NBC reports.
