Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised to take all measures so Ukrainians could travel freely in his country.
He said this during a phone conversation with the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. The head of state raised the question of the smooth crossing of Israeli border for Ukrainian tourists, according to the presidential press service.
The two sides also discussed the issue of the agreement on free trade zone between Ukraine and Israel and agreed to speed up the process.
In addition, the parties called for the early holding of the Ukrainian-Israeli intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.
As reported, the EU tightened the visa regime with Ukraine. At the same time, the Ukrainians refuse to go to Europe because of visa difficulties.
