Moldova (bbabo.net), - President Maia Sandu signed decrees on the appointment of Valeriu Chiveri as Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Ukraine and Eugen Revenko as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain. Valeriu Chiveri was the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Austria in 2010-2013, as well as the head Permanent Delegation of Moldova to the OSCE, ipn.md reports

He was the permanent representative of the Republic of Moldova to international organizations headquartered in Vienna. In 2013-2015, he worked as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, and from 2019 to the present, he served as Head of the OSCE Program Office in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Eugen Revenko has served as Secretary General of the MFAEI from November 2019 to the present. In 2015-2019 he was the ambassador to the Republic of Latvia. The diplomat holds an MA in European Law from the Institute for European Studies, Free University of Brussels, Belgium.
