“Today I turned to the heads of the CSTO states [with a request] to help Kazakhstan in overcoming this terrorist threat. In fact, this is no longer a threat, but an undermining of the integrity of the state and, most importantly, an attack on our citizens urgently to help them, "- said the President.

He noted that the appeal to the CSTO partners is absolutely appropriate and timely.

Recall that riots continue in Kazakhstan, which began after the protests of residents of the cities of Zhanaozen and Aktau in the Mangistau region against high fuel prices.
