Moldova - Doga signed an appeal to Western leaders demanding the withdrawal of Russian troops

Moldova (bbabo.net), - In the context of the upcoming talks between Russia and NATO in Geneva, ex-deputies, ambassadors and academics of Moldova published an appeal to Western leaders, in which they asked for the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Transnistria. The appeal is addressed to US President Joe Biden, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and European Council President Charles Michel, nokta.md reports.

“Russian President Vladimir Putin and his officials talk about the inadmissibility of ensuring the country's security at the expense of other states. On his Facebook page Iurie Renita, former Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Romania, Serbia and Montenegro; in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as the former head of Moldova's mission to NATO, urged everyone to sign the appeal.

“The appeal can be signed by all those who consider the Russian occupation army the greatest threat to the security and existence of the Republic of Moldova (in appendices). Just subscribe or like my facebook page. Please share this message. God help! " - he wrote on his page.

The appeal was signed by 19 important figures of the country, including composer Eugene Doga, former Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Russia Anatol Tseranu, and former head of Moldova's mission to NATO Mihai Gribincea.
