"According to scientists, this territory has a high level of biological and landscape diversity and will become a reserve of intact ecosystems of western Priokhotye," noted Mikhail Degtyarev.
According to him, another reserve - "Tugursky named after AF Middendorf" - will help support the water regime of the Assyn and Tugur rivers, which are one of the most important for the fishing industry of the Khabarovsk Territory.
