Corsair K70 RGB Pro Gaming Keyboard Uses Cherry MX Switches

Corsair has introduced a new model of the K70 series mechanical keyboard. It's called the Corsair K70 RGB Pro. This is a full-sized gaming keyboard with an aluminum body, decorated with full-color backlighting. The Corsair K70 RGB Pro keyboard uses Cherry MX switches.

Buyers are offered five options that differ in the type of switches. Either way, the switches feature double injection molded caps to resist wear and tear.

The advantages of the keyboard include an aluminum volume rocker, dedicated multimedia keys, and a soft palm rest that attaches to the keyboard with a magnetic mount.

An interesting feature of the K70 RGB Pro is a special tournament switch that instantly turns on a distraction-free static backlight and eliminates accidental macros. The keyboard is connected to the computer using a detachable braided USB Type-C cable. The sampling rate is 8 kHz.

Corsair iCUE software allows you to customize per-key RGB lighting and synchronize it with the backlighting of other compatible iCUE devices. Almost every key can be programmed with iCUE or assigned a macro to it.

The Corsair K70 RGB Pro Keyboard is now available from the Corsair online store. It will be available through a worldwide network of authorized retailers and distributors starting in March 2022.
