At the beginning of February 2022, the first working version of the list of sites with free access appeared on the Gosuslugi portal. So far, there are two sites listed. Telecom operators have already begun to offer options in their tariffs for free connection of subscribers to these sites.

It is noteworthy that as of February 2, 2022, the Roskomnadzor website includes other sites on the list of domestic socially significant information resources: the VKontakte social network and the Gosuslugi portal.
