Sony Interactive announced that Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for PlayStation 5 will go on sale on January 28 next year. The edition includes Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and the spin-off Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
The cost of the upcoming re-release will be RUB 700 if the user purchased the game for the PlayStation 4. Everyone else can buy Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for PS5 for RUB 3,599.
The game bundle includes only a single company. Sony introduced several graphics modes:
Fidelity Mode - 30 frames per second with 4K support;
Performance Mode - 60 FPS;
Performance + Mode - 120 FPS at 1080p.
Sony said in a press release that games load almost instantly thanks to the PS5's technical capabilities. The re-releases have added support for 3D sound and DualSense controller functions.
Owners of copies of PS4 games will need to insert discs into PS5 every time they want to play Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection on the latest generation of PlayStation. Users will not have this option if their console does not have a drive.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection customers will receive a voucher code for a ticket to the Uncharted movie, which hits theaters in February, until February 3rd next year. However, this requires living in the US, UK, New Zealand and Australia.
Sony said that PC users can now add Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves to their wishlist on Steam and Epic. The company promises more details about this release in the near future.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy were released in 2016 and 2017 exclusively for PS4. These are currently the last games released for the franchise. Sony announced an Uncharted movie in October.
