On the eve of the opening of the accelerator of technical projects in the field of sports SportTech 2021, which will enable startups to implement ideas for the development of technological solutions for a healthy lifestyle.

According to the press service of Innopraktika, following the selection of more than 300 applications for participation in the program, the organizers made up the top 20 startups in biohacking and sports medicine, the development of mobile applications, wearable devices and gadgets, AR / VR solutions and automated fitness instructors. 21 teams took part in the project defense, as a result of which five startups will be additionally selected to participate in the accelerator.

More than 20 organizations became SportTech 2021 partners, including Uralsib Bank, X-Fit sports stores , fitness clubs World gym, the Association of Fitness Industry Operators of Russia, the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators (VOIR), as well as the Russian Rugby Federation and the Russian Sumo Federation.

During the next two and a half months, startups will be working on their projects under the guidance of experienced trackers and mentors. The accelerator's program will include expert meetings with track partners on an individual program, investment sessions, building a business strategy and analyzing types of financial support from the state.

SportTech 2021 will accompany the teams up to the deal with an investor or the introduction of their product into the structure of corporations.
