Tokina introduced the SZ 8mm F2.8 X Fish-Eye and SZ 8mm F2.8 E Fish-Eye lenses. In fact, this is the same model, but with different mounts. The Tokina SZ 8mm F2.8 X Fish-Eye lens is for Fuji X cameras, the Tokina SZ 8mm F2.8 E Fish-Eye lens is for Sony E cameras.

According to the manufacturer, this is a compact and lightweight fast ultra-wide-angle fisheye prime lens with manual focus, designed specifically for mirrorless APS-C cameras. "Elevated perspective and unique distortion" make this lens attractive to photographers and videographers alike. The latter will appreciate the ability to steplessly change the aperture. The types of shooting for which the lens may be useful include landscape, night landscape, interior, architecture, street photography, and pet photography.
