Introduced a compact tablet-notebook Huawei Matebook E

Huawei introduced a compact 2-in-1 Matebook E laptop tablet that runs the full version of the Windows 11 operating system

If you're looking for a thin and light device to work with, the Matebook might be of interest to you. It's essentially a Windows 11 tablet that turns into a laptop with the included keyboard case. The Matebook E features a 12.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. There is an 8MP front camera and a 13MP main camera. The device has a thickness of only 7.9 mm and weighs 709 grams. It has a magnesium alloy frame and a textured glass back.

Inside, the flagship 11th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors are installed along with Iris XE graphics. You get 8GB or 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB or 512GB of PCIe NVMe SSD. One potential issue is only one USB-C port with Thunderbolt 4 support and a headphone jack. The MateBook E supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.

It also has a 42Wh battery that charges at 65W with the included charger. You get four speakers and four microphones, plus support for the second generation Huawei M-Pencil stylus.

Huawei Matebook E 2-in-1 will cost from 649 euros for the version with Intel Core i3 and 8/128 GB of memory, while the version with Core i5 and 8/256 GB of memory costs 999 euros. If users decide to opt for the 16GB/512GB versions, it will cost €1,199 (Intel i5) or €1,399 (Intel i7).
