Updated digital platform for unmanned air traffic Nebosvod

Technologies in the Russian Federation continue to develop. Thus, the Aeroscript company, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation, has updated the Nebosvod platform. This platform is designed for unmanned air traffic. In particular, an improved pre-flight briefing is provided, plus take-off and landing points are indicated. The update helps to achieve an accurate flight plan alignment scheme for aircraftless aircraft.

Platform Details

The application shows data for the preparation, planning and execution of flights of unmanned aerial vehicles. In addition, there are several types of maps, including aeronautical, geo and weather data. The user has the ability to indicate the desired flight route on the map. Such an important process as the exchange of data with regulatory authorities occurs automatically. In addition, you can specify additional takeoff and landing points. This makes the procedure for coordinating the flight plan with the Air Traffic Organization more accurate. As soon as the fields are filled in, the "briefing" tab displays the weather forecast for the specified dates, restricted zones. There is also additional information that may be useful for the flight.

Ivan Kosenkov, Senior Project Manager for Space Technologies, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Cluster of the Skolkovo Foundation: “The Aeroscript product solves one of the most pressing problems – the commercial daily operation of unmanned aerial vehicles. The Skyscape helps to bring drone flights out of the gray zone, making the sky safer for all air traffic participants. It seems that every year, as air traffic grows, the relevance of the decision of the Skolkovo resident will only increase.”

Who is this platform for?

The Nebosvod system is intended for use by both pilots and companies that own fleet of drones or provide services with their help - creating 3D models and orthophotos (digital images of the terrain), monitoring infrastructure and spraying chemicals in agriculture.

Alexey Khripunov, General Director of Aeroscript Research Center: “To make the application more convenient to use, we have added a new section with video instructions. It contains all the necessary information on how to register in the Nebosvod system, how to submit a flight plan, use the map, add data on unmanned aircraft.”
