In Venezuela, they are preparing to install a non-request measuring station of the GLONASS system

Within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes, signed on March 30, 2021 and ratified on June 11, 2022, between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Venezuela, Roscosmos will deploy an uninterrupted measuring station of the GLONASS system in Venezuela.

This station was developed at the Precision Instrumentation Systems Research and Production Corporation (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) and is an element of the addition to the GLONASS system. The development is designed to provide high-precision navigation for the end user using PPP (Precise Point Positioning) technologies.

Request-free stations monitor the open signals of spacecraft of the global navigation satellite systems GLONASS, GPS, Galileo and Beidou so that measurements of current navigation parameters (code pseudo-ranges, signal carrier phase), reception of navigation messages from satellites and transmission of measurement results and navigation data to the processing center are timely (in real time).
