Rostec has created two completely new Lada Niva models

The Shvabe holding, owned by Rostec, is preparing to present two of its new products - the Lada Niva KUB NN sanitary minivan with the color-graphic inscription "Medical Service" and an all-wheel drive ambulance based on the Lada Niva Prima NN. Both machines will make their debut at the international military-technical forum "Army-2022", which will be held in Kubinka near Moscow from August 15 to 21.

“The key exhibits in the civilian direction will be the nine-seater medical service minivan Lada Niva KUB NN and the all-wheel drive ambulance Lada Niva Prima NN. They will be presented by the holding's subsidiaries Shvabe-SpetsAvto and Shvabe-Moscow,” said Sergey Dmitrochenko, deputy general director of Shvabe.

Sanitary nine-seater Niva KUB NN is fundamentally different from the usual "Niva". The length and height of its body are 4.9 and 2.08 m, respectively, under the hood is boosted to 109 hp. naturally aspirated engine, and on the rear axle - spring suspension and adjustable air springs.

The ambulance, in turn, was built on an improved off-road wheelbase with a length of 3050 mm. The cabin, isolated from the driver, can accommodate up to five people (a medical team of three doctors and two patients), and high ground clearance and a more powerful engine will allow Niva Prima NN to become an indispensable means of transportation for doctors and patients in rural areas.
