Video cards are getting cheaper, and processors are getting more expensive

While some computer components are becoming more expensive due to overstocking of warehouses and a decrease in consumer demand, others are becoming more expensive. So, in Europe (in particular, in Germany), prices for Intel Alder Lake processors jumped.

For example, in mid-June, for the Core i5-12400F in Germany, they asked for 178 euros. From the end of June, the cost began to rise and now it is already 195 euros. For several months, the increase was about 9%. The same story with the more powerful Core i7-12700K and Core i9-12900K: the first has risen in price from 399 to 459 euros, the other - from 599 to 669 euros. That is, prices increased by about 10% and 11%.

The increase in prices is associated with the falling (against the dollar) euro. True, at the same time, AMD processors in Europe for some reason do not rise in price.
