Khadas introduced a new single-board computer VIM1S

Khadas has introduced a new single-board computer VIM1S. The PC is equipped with: Amlogic S905Y4 processor with four Arm Cortex-A35 processing cores with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz, an integrated Arm Mali-G31 MP2 GPU with a frequency of up to 850 MHz, an STMicro STM8S003 microcontroller for power management and boot source selection ( eMMC or SPI Flash).

The device also has 2 GB of LPDDR4-1176 memory, a 16 GB eMMC flash module, a 32 MB SPI chip, and a microSD card slot. For video output, there is HDMI 2.1 with a resolution of 4K and 6 Fps. In addition, the product has Wi-Fi 5 (2.4 / 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0 adapters, a Fast Ethernet port, two USB 2.0 ports, a USB Type-C connector (power is transmitted through it). Through the 40-pin GPIO header (compatible with Raspberry Pi), you can use USB, UART, I2C, ADC, PWM, JTAG, I2S, GPIO interfaces.

The dimensions of the device are 82.0 × 58 × 13 mm. It can be used with Ubuntu 22.04 and Android 11. It is not known how much the new product costs, VIM1 (not VIM1S) costs $55.
