The Fedora project and the Slimbook company presented the Slimbook Fedora 2 ultrabook with Fedora Linux 40

The Fedora project and the Spanish company Slimbook presented 14" and 16" ultrabooks Slimbook Fedora 2 with Intel Core i7-13700H and Intel Iris Xe G7 or Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6 video cards (using the open Nouveau driver). The gadget is designed to run the recently released Fedora Linux 40, and the hardware is selected to ensure maximum compatibility. The cost of the device starts from €1399 (€1799 for the 16" version). And 3% of the proceeds from the sale of the laptop will go to donate to the GNOME Foundation. Participants in the Fedora development receive a discount of €100.
