The base model Redmi K50 will receive Snapdragon 870 and 12 GB of RAM: the smartphone has already been tested in Geekbench

Xiaomi is expected to release an all-new Redmi K50 series soon, with several models awaiting us. Previously, Redmi K50 with model number 21121210C passed the Geekbench certification, and now another K50 phone with model number 22021211RC has appeared in Geekbench.

The Xiaomi 22021211RC smartphone scored 963 points in single-threaded mode and 3123 points in multi-threaded Geekbench v5. The smartphone is built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, runs Android 12 out of the box, and has 12GB of RAM. It is believed to be the base model of the Redmi K50.

The previously more powerful version of the Redmi K50 Pro was also tested in Geekbench, where it scored 1240 points in single-threaded and 2645 points in multi-threaded.

As previously reported, the lineup will also include the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition smartphone, which is equipped with a single-chip Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 system, a 4700 mAh battery and support for 120 W fast charging. This device will be equipped with a display with support for a high refresh rate up to 144 Hz, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.

In addition, the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition will be equipped with a modern cooling system with two evaporation chambers, a powerful vibration motor and JBL stereo speakers. The smartphone will come with pre-installed Android 12 operating system and MIU 13 shell.
