Apple Introduces New Apple Fitness + Features

Apple Fitness + adds Collections, Time to Run, and the third season of Time to Walk.

Collections are six workout options from the Fitness + library for a variety of user goals. They are based on nearly two thousand guided workouts and meditations. Collections include an already formed plan for a certain time (from several days to several weeks). At the moment, options are available:

a thirty-day program aimed at developing the main muscles of the body (30-Day Core Challenge);

Improve Your Posture with Pilates

improvement of balance poses for yoga (Perfect Your Yoga Balance Poses);

workout aimed at beginners in running (Run Your First 5K);

training muscles of the back and hips (Strengthen Your Back, Stretch Your Hips);

improved sleep patterns (Wind Down for a Better Bedtime).

Time to Run is a series of running tips and tricks from the coaches featured in Fitness +, split into episodes featuring famous routes in different cities and locations. Also, each route has its own music playlist, suitable for the place (according to Fitness + experts). A special regime is provided for people in wheelchairs. Currently only 3 routes are available: London, Brooklyn and Miami Beach.

Finally, the third season of Time to Walk is a celebrity podcast series designed to motivate people to take intense street walks. 41 guests took part in the new season, including Dolly Parton, Anthony Joshua, Jane Fonda, Randall Park, Camila Cabello, Naomi Campbell, Ruby Bridges, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Bebe Rexha and many others. People will change every week.

All of these features and the new Artist Spotlight workout series - an entire workout playlist dedicated to a single artist - are coming to Apple Fitness + starting January 10.
