Earlier, the head of the Union of Consumers of Russia, Pyotr Shelishch, sent a letter to the Ministry of Industry and Trade with a proposal to create special food cards for Russians who receive housing subsidies to pay for housing and communal services.

Shelishch drew attention to the fact that the recipients of such subsidies have already been recognized by the state as needy, so they can become the first applicants for food payments.
