Leader of the extremist organization "M.K.U." Yegor Krasnov planned to carry out a series of major terrorist attacks in Russia. This was announced by his supporter, who was detained by employees of the Federal Security Service for preparing terrorist attacks in the Tver region, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the man, Krasnov wanted to carry out terrorist attacks in order to intimidate the population.
“I acted under the leadership of Yegor Krasnov. I was engaged in moderation of Internet channels and Telegram. We involved, including minors, in attacks, ”said the detained suspect.
On December 13, the FSB published footage of a special operation to detain supporters of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi group MKU. Special operations were carried out in 37 Russian regions, as a result 106 supporters of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi youth group, created by the citizen of Ukraine Yegor Krasnov, were detained. According to the department, two detainees were planning to stage attacks on educational institutions, and two more groups of five and eight people were operating in the Penza region and the Komi Republic.
