In Pennsylvania, USA, highway police found a live deer in the trunk of a car. The moment with the rescue of the animal was published by the press service of the Newberry City Police Department.

At night, the police stopped the car, which was driven by a 19-year-old girl - the officers assumed that she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. While inspecting the car, the policeman noticed movement in the luggage compartment.

The passengers admitted that they had hit the deer, after which they decided to load it into the car. They soon realized that the deer was still alive, but continued to ride with him in the car. A police officer ordered the 21-year-old passenger to release the animal. The girl was charged with drunk driving.
