According to her, the amount of compensation for the complete loss of property is 150 thousand rubles, partial - 50 thousand. Also, each tenant of the house registered there will receive 10 thousand rubles. The mayor noted that she was preparing a report to the head of the republic for making a decision on the allocation of additional assistance to the residents of the house.

“After the completion of the examinations, we will think about how to restore the damaged apartments,” she admitted.

Pavlenko explained that the left wing and the first floor of the house were not actually damaged, the roof partially collapsed on the right and the first floor was flooded with water.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the area of ​​the fire is 800 square meters. Of the 47 apartments, 26 were damaged. 12 people were resettled to the temporary accommodation center (boarding house named after Chekhov), the rest were accommodated with relatives and friends, the head of the city administration specified.

Now the house is partially disconnected from communications and cordoned off by the Russian Guard and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to prevent cases of looting.
