A message about a gas leak at the station was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations on January 12 at 14.15 Moscow time. When examining a freight train at the Inskaya station, railway workers discovered a drip leak of cargo (anhydrous gas) from one tank car.

The car was urgently sent to a specialized track. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene.

“On the spot, forces and means were immediately deployed to eliminate the consequences of the incident,” the West Siberian Railway reports.

It is noted that the incident did not affect the movement of trains at the Inskaya station.
