Unvaccinated against COVID-19 father banned from seeing his son through court

A resident of Canada, who had not been vaccinated against the coronavirus, was banned through the court from seeing his son, writes the BBC.

The father, whose name has not been released, petitioned to be allowed to see his son at the holidays. However, the court ruled that contact with a man would not be in the interests of a 12-year-old child, since the Canadian is unvaccinated. In addition, he was completely deprived of the right to communicate with a schoolchild until the end of February, until he is vaccinated.

The mother of the child was satisfied with the decision of the court. According to the woman, she repeatedly saw how the man used his social networks, openly demonstrating that he was opposed to vaccination.

The court decision, taken in the province of Quebec, is considered the first of its kind. The Canadian did not comment on the situation in any way and did not say whether he would still be vaccinated against the coronavirus or not.

Earlier, a man from New Zealand received 10 vaccinations against COVID-19 and was under investigation.
