In 2012-2018, the defendants, "acting as part of a criminal community", stole money from the energy companies SIBECO and RES. Only 4 billion rubles. These people are also involved in illegal business, which brought them more than 32.5 billion rubles in income.

The entire investigation was carried out by the defendants in custody. The Investigative Committee says that the property of Mikhail Abyzov and other defendants in the amount of 37 billion rubles was arrested.
