Russia (bbabo.net) - Eight empty cars derailed at the Lyublino-sortirovochnoye station in Moscow tonight, as a result of which two station workers were injured. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Railway.

The incident happened on Thursday at 1:55 pm. There is no threat to the environmental situation, the injured employees were taken to the hospital, the company said.

"The incident did not affect the movement of passenger and suburban trains. A recovery train from the Lyublino-sortirovochnoye station is already operating on the spot. The reasons for the incident are being established," the Moscow Railways added.

Checks on the fact of the state of emergency are carried out by the Western Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the RF IC and the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office.
