The incident was captured on video and posted online. The student was not seriously injured. A criminal case was initiated against the teacher, on the grounds of a crime under article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to fulfill the obligations of raising a minor).

As noted in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Khabarovsk Territory, during the investigation, the man admitted his guilt. The prosecutor's office upheld the indictment against him. Soon the teacher will have to appear before the court.
