In 2023, tests of the emergency rescue system will begin at the launch complex at the Vostochny cosmodrome. Shooting, withdrawal and landing of the ship in a safe area will be checked. As the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said, a test model of the Angara-A5M rocket, called the Angara-NZh (ground-based liquid), will be used for this.
